What a conversation really costs.
A fixed monthly fee for each WhatsApp number, plus two meters that run as customers write in: Meta’s charge for each message, and ours for each AI conversation. Both come out of one prepaid wallet.

The fixed fee
QueenBee Pro is AED 199 per WhatsApp number per month; QueenBee Max is AED 299. Both plans include the same things: your verified WhatsApp Business API number, your AI BEE set up for you, The Hive and Live chat & campaigns, English and Arabic, lead scoring, webhooks & API, and 5 team seats per number. They differ in the price of the second meter, below.
Pay quarterly and save 10%, or annually and save 15%. The discount applies to the fixed fee only — never to either meter. On annual billing the fixed fee works out at AED 169.17 a month on QueenBee Pro and AED 254.17 on QueenBee Max. Refunds, cancellation and discounts are set out in the Terms.
Meter 1 — Meta’s charge for each message
Meta prices every message it delivers by its category and by the country of the customer receiving it. airbees passes that price through at Meta’s published rate for the category and the country, with zero markup from us — the same digits as Meta’s own card, on the rate card page.
- Marketing: a template you send to start a conversation — an offer, a launch, a reminder to come back. The highest rate on the card.
- Utility: a template about something the customer already has — an appointment confirmation, a receipt.
- Authentication: a one-time code.
- Service: a reply in your own words inside the 24-hour window a customer’s message opens — what your BEE, or your team, says back. Meta charges these from 1 October 2026, at the utility rate for the customer’s country.

These are Meta’s published AED card effective 1 October 2026. The service column is the rate charged from 1 October 2026: Meta’s rule is that, market by market, a service message costs the same as a utility message. Every country is on the rate card page.
What is free. Messages in the 72-hour window that opens when a customer arrives from a click-to-WhatsApp ad on Facebook or Instagram stay free. That does not change on 1 October 2026.
How much Meta’s meter adds up to depends on the messages actually sent — a longer chat has more replies — so we show it separately rather than fold it into a price per conversation.
Meter 2 — airbees’ AI conversation charge
An AI conversation is one customer, one 24-hour chat, with at least one BEE reply. It is our unit, not Meta’s, because it matches how a lead actually engages.
- QueenBee Pro: AED 1.99 per AI conversation. QueenBee Max: AED 0.99. The same rate at every volume: no steps, and no allowance to run out.
- It is charged when your BEE has replied. A chat your BEE never answered is not an AI conversation and is not charged, and chatting with a demo BEE in BEE Studio is free.
- One conversation covers every message between that customer and your number in the 24 hours, however many either side sends. The same person coming back after that window closes is a new AI conversation.
- Replies you type yourself in Live chat & campaigns are not BEE replies.
The two meters are independent of each other. Meta’s charge depends on the kind of message and the country it lands in; ours depends on whether your BEE replied in a 24-hour chat. The exact terms are in the Terms.
A worked month, on both plans
The airbees part of one month for one WhatsApp number on monthly billing: the fixed fee, plus the number of AI conversations times the price of one. Meta’s charges are not in these totals — they are added at Meta’s published rates for the messages actually sent, with no markup.

Your wallet tops up automatically — AED 100 when it falls below AED 20; you can change or switch it off. It is on by default and lives on the Wallet page of The Hive.
